Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

It's just cheap hotels surroundings the airport. Nothing to do or see as far as I can tell but I was only there for a stopover. Hanoi is a brilliant city and I love and recommend it but the area around the airport isn't much. Like anywhere, it's just set up for the airport which makes sense. Mr. Ak the owner made sure I had everything I needed. He booked an early flight for me to the airport so I wouldn't have any problems. I told Ak that the next time I go to Hanoi I will call him directly to arrange accommodation because he makes everything very simple. Book here and then call them to arrange travel directly through the hotel; I promise it's much easier.

From the street you have to enter a driveway and it doesn't look impressive at all. But once you walk into the room I was amazed at how large it was, and very clean. Ours had 2 double beds. It's only a 6 min ride to the airport which suited us very well because we had an early morning flight the next day.
