Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Housekeeping staff do not properly attend to their job. My room was cleaned only for once during my five nights stay. No bed sheet changed. Waited for me to remind the top up of water bottles and shampoos.
Front office staff are very helpful. Location is very good. In a calm environment.

The place has its age and condition, fine for the value just don't expect the Ritz! Just minor stuff like there not being hand-soap in the en-suite so I used the body wash (I didn't ask about getting some as I was lazy honestly) and there not being an outlet near the desk with the kettle so I had to place the kettle on the ground to use it. Totally acceptable stuff for a budget stay solo.
The location was perfect for attending a conference at the nearby centre. The AC was powerful so I was able to have a cool, nearly chilly, room just as I liked. The staff booked an early morning taxi for me which was very helpful. There were many food options nearby, even under cover of walkways so when it was raining I didn't even get wet going to dinner at the place next door.

Have to pay parking everytime we go in and out. Even though we pay less than usual but it should be free for hotel customers.
The room we booked have 2 bathrooms because it's actually 2 rooms convert into one.

walls are too thin. room had a certain smell. room cleaning is not automatic (you need to inform them).

Cashless machine not function during check in. I have to find some cash. Lucky there is teller machine on next building. I wonder if the teller machine malfunction at the same time. Car park difficult to get near by the hotel & its not free car park. Even park far away from hotel, still need to pay during exit.
Location quit near to my working office. Massive traffic jam during peak hours, need to going out earlier. Appreciate if the hotel can provide shuttle service within 6-8 km radius.

Only 1 room has a TV. Need to always leave a card for the power slot or else the main switch will keep on flickering. One of the light switch was broken. Bathroom lighting could be better.

Insufficient information stating that the studio/apartment is at another building. Had some issue with the key card to enter the apartment which led to switching the room.
It's a basic hotel, suitable for those looking for night stay and not spending inside the room all day. The staff is attentive. Managed to switch room instantly. Thank you.

The room was quite small and cramp. But it’s the price you paid for. Thought of getting a king size bed. Overall was ok
Love the location, esp if your intention is to go near st. malawati or the campus area. Security wise, was good. Great cafes nearby.

They don't provide us any sugar, so we cannot use the tea pouch to make drinks.
Very nice and clean room, i book for the appartment and it was spacious , staffs were friendly and it have pool too ! They provide hair dryer, and iron with the iron board too. thumbs up !!
