The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The host is very communicative and nice. The property is well protected, the apartment is very clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and very grateful for the host, she's awesome all the way around the board and a big heart ❤️

The property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and worked to make our stay pleasant. Location was easy to get to and close to the things we wanted to see.

We had to pay for parking at the hotel. The pool was not as warm as we would have liked. The breakfast was good, however they did not have omelets as pictured and they ran out of pancake mix so we could not have pancakes.

The room had a nice view of the Black Hills. There were plenty of charging ports for tech. It was clean.

The room was small and felt small. The desk was on casters and looked like it was bought at Wal Mart. The office chair was uncomfortable and was the only chair in the room. There was no ice bucket in the room. They keep them at the front desk and are 50 cent white plastic tubs. Coffee maker? No. They have coffee in the lobby. I didn't realize Tru was the Temu variety of Hampton.

The Check-in Gentleman and the Valet woman. I believe Ron and Christine, were very nice and helpful.

Other guests were quite loud, but that is of no fault to the property.

Great location near the mall and Metro stop. Liked the refillable water station.

The hotel felt like somebody had an artistic vision that they wanted to execute, but forgot that it needed to function as a hotel too. The 3 elevators were mostly out of operation and the one that did work - my husband got trapped in. The breakfast was truly some of the worst I've had - I don't think I've ever not finished a latte (sour coffee) and the lone toaster was broken. All the food is absurdly priced. Everything here is controlled via "tech" that doesn't work. The hotel is a dead zone. Neither of us could get a single bar, which is a problem when the way you're told to order at the restaurant is via their app (which also doesn't work and was incredibly frustrating). Additionally, the wifi went down during our stay, eliminating any possibility of using the necessary devices. Everything in the room is controlled by an old iPad. Not everything needs to be "techy". Light switches and curtains are much less annoying to use. Their computerized check-in also did not work. The specialty doll pillows are also rather creepy. It was a fine place to crash at night, but we probably wouldn't stay here again.

Mattress was pretty hard. Only found out there was a fee of $18 for the listed parking when checking in.
