The staff was super friendly and helpful! The elevator was out of service when we arrived at the hotel, but the receptionist helped us a lot by carrying our baggage to the room directly. And the elevator was quickly repaired the same day. The hotel itself had a very nice and classy interior design. Plus we were kindly offered a free bottle of water and cava. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The apartment, the amenities, the view were absolutely wonderful! The apartment was thoughtfully supplied with everything needed for our stay. Very clean! The town was charming and had some nice cafés. We loved this beautiful apartment! The road up is indeed steep, but the enclosed parking garage was very nice.

Be aware, the check-in window is very narrow (15:00-17:00). The manager was adamant about knowing our time of arrival days in advance. Even considered canceling our stay for being difficult (ie. not knowing exact arrival). This was incredibly stressful for our family on our first holiday in Spain. Having booked over 50 homes here on Booking.com, we've never experienced this kind of abrasive treatment. I understand check-in windows, but welcoming hospitality must be extended to travelers.

An affordable, clean, and quiet hotel on the Camino del Norte. The hotel is close to all of the local sights, a supermarket, and many restaurants. The bathroom was recently renovated and modern.

My only complaint is minor- there wasn't an electrical outlet by the bed to charge my phone. I had to use the outlet in the bathroom.

Arrived during a cool spell. Room temp same as outside. Heat had to be turned on outside room by reception. Heater very inadequate to space so only reasonable temp next morning. Went out for the day ( in the rain ) came back to discover heat had been turned off by staff. Asked to have it turned on and then shivered a second night. Only able to forgive one cold night. Bathroom has no fan, no heat, is tile and the shower door is not effective so bathroom was cold and wet all 2 days. When we were in the room we had to be in bed. Warm weather probably ok

It was a central location and the air conditioning worked well (except for the one bedroom without any).

The area didn’t feel the safest. Had an altercation with someone trying to come in the building as we were leaving without a key. The bathrooms were tiny and badly maintained. Mold on the shower floors and shower curtains. The refrigerator had a foul odor. Roachs. Lots of street noise.
