Whoever is managing this place seems like a scam. Prior to check in they insisted we pay $11 usd 50 MYR more in order to check in. He told me it’s my problem the price is wrong and needs to contact booking.. I tired to politely tell him this isn’t my problem. This is between you and booking.com but given the cancellation policy I had no option but to pay the $10 or loose my reservation. Now I have to fight to get $10 refunded from booking.com and submit bank statements. What a hassle. I can’t say this is a scam. But I never have been told I have to pay more in person to secure my reservation. Frankly this isn’t a hotel. You’re dealing with an air bnb kind of set up. Unprofessional staff who hung up the phone twice on me. This property needs to be investigated and correctly priced before they continue to take in customers. Most likely this review Will he denied for my honesty. Please consider looking elsewhere where. This isn’t a real hotel. Just some local guy
