Villa Poseidon, maisonette of 130 sqm, accomodates up to 8 people, 3 bedrooms with Α/C, one with double bed, office space and single bed, one with double bed and one with triple bunk bed, 3 terraces with view of the sea the islands of the Aegean, pineforests and lush forests. There is also an outdoor dining area and a terrace with bbq, 2 bathrooms, jaccouzi, fireplace, Smart TV, SateliteTV, Netflix, Homecinema. Orion's view, the second floor apartment of 55 sqm, accommodates up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 terraces with view of the forest, the sea, the Makronissos, the complex's gardens and lush forests. There is also an outdoor dining area on the main terrace with view. Athena's house, the ground floor apartment of 55 sqm, accommodates up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 courtyards, overlooking the pine forest and the gardens of the complex. One courtyard features a stone sitting room with a table and the other outdoor dining area. Both atps are furnished and fully equipped, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a triple bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room, two A/C, mosquito screens, a fireplace in the living room and smart tv with Netflix

During these difficult times fighting against the pandemic we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) using also a compressed air disinfection system AIRBLOCK and antibacterial Sani Gel (approved by the National Medicines Agency) for the apartment before every check in. Part of a small residential complex “GoldenViewVillas” with private parking, a nice surrounding area with flowers, trees and a basketball court in Gouri Koukou area of Sounio (Kato Sounio). Crossing the pine forest you can reach just in 1.5 minutes on foot a wonderful sandy beach "Asimakis Beach" (150 m). Nearby there are small scattered bays and at 300 m distance there is a smaller but beautiful beach "Port Arthur Beach". Within a few minutes' walk there is a lovely bakery of Santorini Vamvakousis with a minimarket, the restaurant Stavento (&delivery) and many taverns. There are also hiking roads with great views of the Aegean Sea. The property is half an hour (35 km) from Athens International Airport, just one hour drive (60 km) from the Acropolis and the center of Athens for easy exploration, 4 km from the Temple of Poseidon, 3 km from Lavrio where you can find a supermarket (with delivery service), fish market with fresh fish, pharmacies, health center, many taverns, ouzo, open-air cinema, bars and cafes but also a port of access to many Greek islands. There is a two-minute bus stop with frequent itineraries to Athens and Lavrion.
