Welcome to our fully renovated and cosy 55 square meter apartment, located on the ground floor. Our apartment is the perfect home away from home for a small family or a couple. You'll love the living room, which features a comfortable couch that can be converted into a bed, a 43-inch smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom comes equipped with a shower and a washing machine, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, stove, microwave, pots and pans, and both espresso and filter coffee machines. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a large wardrobe for all your belongings. We also provide fast WiFi, an iron and ironing board, and secure windows and doors for added convenience. The building has a public garden with flowers, turtles, and cats for you to enjoy. Our apartment is located in the neighborhood of Glyfada, which has a small market, grocery store, coffee shop, gym, and playground all within a 5-minute walk.
