Hyatt Herald Square New York har ett centralt läge och omges av restauranger och butiker. Här finns en säsongsöppen takbar med utsikt över Empire State Building. Loved the room set up. Loved the daily housekeeping and how we were provided with waters daily. The bartender on the night of the 4th was excellent. Amazing customer service.

The quality of the room for NYC prices was really good. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will use this hotel again when I next travel there.

Detta hotell på Manhattan ligger bara 4 minuters promenad från berömda Empire State Building. De klassiskt inredda rummen har WiFi och platt-tv. A great hotel at a great location, right next to Fifth Av. and 2 minutes to a subway station. The room was comfortable, with two large beds (a tip: turn the heater fan to low to avoid noise). The staff was very helpful, from the janitor who helped us figure out how the shower is turned on (totally different from European ones) to the staff downstairs, who were there for us for everything: figuring out the technical laptop problem, printing, ordering transfer to JFK (btw, if you need the transfer to the airport, turn to the elderly guy who is always down there and you get a big black luxurious SUV for the price of a cab). And the value for money for a Manhattan hotel - more than great! P.S. Try the Basque Burnt Cheesecake in the hotel's Grace Street Cafe - delicious!
