Located at the corner of Orchard and Canal Street, Nine Orchard is surrounded by cultural institutions and some of the city's shops and restaurants. Charming and cosy. Beautifully designed and decorated. Staff were so friendly and kind. Room very comfortable. Bathroom large and it and bedroom are really well- designed. Great shower

I loved how clean the room was, all the staff have been amazing from day one. Helaida (I think) the waitress at breakfast time is so kind and helpful. She does her job excellent!!! Clean and the staff were so friendly. I worked in the lobby when I checked out and watched the staff interact with others, and they were so friendly. We had an accessible queen room, so it was larger than the regular, so it worked out great.

This is such a cute hotel. It was the smallest room I've ever been in but it had all the necessities. The bathroom was nice and clean. They had netflix guest account so I enjoyed watching "3 body problem". The bed was super comfy, and the front desk staff was really nice. He gave me a water bottle while I was waiting for the room to be ready. It's close to the train station and there are good food to grab and eat at the hotel. I had K.O. burger right around the corner and it was pretty decent.

Super nice double view room with incredible view on both Manhattan skylines. Very nice bar on the rooftop. Very nice breakfast space with free coffee and tea. Friendly staff, helpful and welocoming. Good location to visit Brooklyn by feet across the bridges and Manhattan downtown.

Fantastic location, accommodating staff, and very clean and secure rooms. I loved everything about this facility. I can guarantee that If I revisit New York, I will stay here again!
