Situated in Osaka, Harmonie Embrassee offers free WiFi access throughout the property. This hotel was such a luxurious experience and everything just felt perfect from the moment we walked in! The rooms were HUGE, stunning, spotlessly clean, the view on the huge balcony was incredible! The beds were SO comfortable. They had so many fun things in the room that we enjoyed (robes, high quality bath products, coffee machine). They had a crib for our baby, with a personalized hand written note and baby bath products - so beyond thoughtful. Every night there was a choice of alcohol, snacks, drinks that we enjoyed so much! The staff were super helpful from the minute we checked in. The location was 10 minute walk from the train station (we took an airport shuttle directly from there!), 2-3 minute walk from restaurants, shopping area. We got SO much for the price we paid and it was such a great experience, we were so sad to leave!!!

Only a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station, InterContinental Osaka is located at the newly developed Grand Front Osaka. From the welcome to the check-in and the time I stayed, every single person working were absolutely nice and helpful.

Great 5 star hotel, some part of this hotel might look dated, yet the service is superb. The room size is great as per Japanese standard. In general, we had a great stay. The location can be more centred, but we don’t care a few extra minutes walk after a good meal.

Cu o locație bună în centrul orașului Osaka, APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Umeda-eki Tower pune la dispoziție camere cu aer condiționat și WiFi gratuit, precum și parcare privată. Super clean tidy glitzy and fun. It’s an experience from walking through the doors into the foyer with chandelairs and mirrored surfaces. Staff very friendly. Checkin easy and smooth. Family room was a good size, plenty of room for moving around, suitcases etc. Convenience store Lawsons on the 4th floor along with the hot pools. Hot pools are great. Plenty of washing stations, pools are clean large and hot. Pool with fresh air is great. TV in the room shows hotel info including how busy the hot pools are. Great amenities, and robes to wear to the hot pools. Rooftop swimming pool would be amazing in summer. It’s a bit of a walk, 10mins, from Umeda station but flat and very interesting sights shops and restaurants on the way. We had a great stay !!

Această proprietate oferă depozit de bagaje, precum și un restaurant. i like the location, it closed to the mall where we need to take the airport shuttle, it is close proximity to the osaka station as well, i also like the daily complimentary tea time , the SPA, the laundry room facilities. highly recommend this hotel to Osaka travellers.

Very nice hotel near Osaka Umeda Station. Everything clean and well equipped. Big room with a lot of facilities and a smart tv that you could connect to your phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended. We’ll repeat.

Direct underground walkway access near the hotel entrance. The room was very clean, modern and well presented. By Japanese standards the room size was comfortable. The staff were efficient and helpful and the breakfast was excellent

The location was absolutely amazing. Walking distance from the Osaka Station and it felt like I was living in a mall in the center of Osaka. The breakast was top notch at the hotel, and it was like a Gourmet buffet, but each level of the building offered a different resturaunts. The staff was super nice and the coffee machine downstairs was great. I checked in with the machine, but there was a staff member there to guide me. I didn't use the gym because I walked 10 miles each day, but maybe next time.
