A fost curat și aveam la același etaj o cameră cu mașina de spălat, frigider, dozator de apă potabilă. Este un restaurant la parter de unde am putut comanda niște sandviciuri când mi-a fost foame și de dimineață am comandat cafe latte și a fost foarte bună. Poți mânca și mic dejun acolo, dar eu îmi luam doar cafeaua to go. Personalul a fost foarte de ajutor, mi-am lăsat bagajul mare la ei la hotel și m-au ajutat ca să fie trimis în ziua când am zborul spre casă la aeroport, ca să nu car toate suvenirurile cu mine în Ishigaki, așa am putut să-mi iau doar un rucsac cu haine și strictul necesar pentru cele 4 zile acolo. Loved the beautiful traditional style hotel. The staff and lovely and very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is great and loved the rooms we stayed in :)

Boasting stunning views of Osaka city, 4 dining options and a heated indoor pool, Conrad Osaka offers luxurious rooms in modern decor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience. This also extended to activities outside the hotel as well as the services and facilities inside the hotel. We all felt very looked after and had one of the best hotel experiences at the Conrad.

Situated in Osaka, Harmonie Embrassee offers free WiFi access throughout the property. This hotel was such a luxurious experience and everything just felt perfect from the moment we walked in! The rooms were HUGE, stunning, spotlessly clean, the view on the huge balcony was incredible! The beds were SO comfortable. They had so many fun things in the room that we enjoyed (robes, high quality bath products, coffee machine). They had a crib for our baby, with a personalized hand written note and baby bath products - so beyond thoughtful. Every night there was a choice of alcohol, snacks, drinks that we enjoyed so much! The staff were super helpful from the minute we checked in. The location was 10 minute walk from the train station (we took an airport shuttle directly from there!), 2-3 minute walk from restaurants, shopping area. We got SO much for the price we paid and it was such a great experience, we were so sad to leave!!!

Only a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station, InterContinental Osaka is located at the newly developed Grand Front Osaka. From the welcome to the check-in and the time I stayed, every single person working were absolutely nice and helpful.

Great 5 star hotel, some part of this hotel might look dated, yet the service is superb. The room size is great as per Japanese standard. In general, we had a great stay. The location can be more centred, but we don’t care a few extra minutes walk after a good meal.
