Rooms were clean, relatively spacious, and the hotel has a ninja theme. The check-in was fast and efficient. There is a vending machine for drinks inside, that is appreciated. There is also a common room where you can grab a drink along with a selection of books in English and Japanese. In addition, there is a garden outside with a couple of tables. The location is close to the Imperial Palace, there are a few convenience stores nearby and other food joints.

Set in Nishijin, Villa Front Kyoto Seimei ヴィラフロント京都晴明 offers accommodation with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. A microwave and kettle are also featured. The room was amazing. Very close with the bus stop and Family Mart. The electric was completely. I recommend this place for everyone visiting.

Regarding the price levels in Kyoto during peak season, this is a good deal. Modern hotel at an international standard. The hotel is close to one of the tourist bus lines that takes you to all the sights, the imperial palace and the castle are in walking distance. Just note that there are two Livemax hotels in this area, I went to the wrong one initially. Just stick to the address in the description and don't just search the name on Google maps like I did.
