We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. I would not think to stay elsewhere whenever I'm back in Florence. Shoutout to Desiré, Lavinia, and the manager Angela! Thank you for everything! (I'm sorry if I forgot anyone's name)

This was a great little hotel with fantastic staff. The rooms were modern, spacious (for a hotel in a historical centre) and stylish. The bathroom was well-designed and had a very nice shower. The air conditioning worked great, which was very important on such hot days. It was great that the hotel was so central because we could come back to our room in between museum visits even if for a few minutes. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite and were always positive and smiling. It really made our trip to Florence a real success. By the way, parking is a problem in the centre of Florence but for 35 EUR per 24 hours, and 3 EUR for additional hours, the hotel has a valet car parking service. This was extremely handy. You can also park your car somewhere by yourself for 25 EUR per 24 hours.

Breakfasts were a feast of such a variety of delicious food. Our room was cleaned and bed changed every day! All the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The location couldn't have been better. It made our stay in Florence very special and I hope I get to go back there again one day. Great value for money. 🧡

We enjoyed the involvement of all staff in every part of our stay. From making reservations in selected and suggested restaurants, to informing about inconveniences (e.g. a taxi strike) to suggestions for visits to interesting places in Florence (including the Salvatore Ferragamo Museum). Breakfasts exactly as expected in Italy! Great coffee, smiling staff, helpful and professional. We would like to thank Mrs. Ewa for her competence, experience and high personal culture.
