Great location, less than 1 min to bus stations and 10mins from bus station to central area. 7 mins walking to the nearest tram. Staffs are so nice and supportive. We have everything we need in the room even hair dryer, towels, television (although we do not use it), free water and free water refill (hot, warm, cold) on ground floor. They also have laundry area and you need to pay 2e if you wanna use. Will recommend my friends to book next time.

The reception, game area, lounge area (many areas to relax and take it easy), surprises on every corner (swings at the entrance!? Omg yes!), game area, laundry, a gym with one of the best views EVER, and ofc the roof-top pool/bar area 👌 definitely an amazing stay.

Hotel Desirèe is located in the centre of Florence, just 100 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station and a 1-minute walk from Palazzo dei Congressi. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We came in early before our check in time so they let us leave our luggages and when we came back they already brought it in our room. Breakfast is good with a nice balcony.
