This property is quite new and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Really convenient with washer and dryer in the room and the dishwasher. We had breakfast in the room some days, but also enjoyed breakfast at some of the restaurants/ coffee shops on Central Avenue. Location was perfect for easy access Downtown and to St. Pete beach. Will definitely consider coming back.

Some people complain about the parking. Not having a US phone made it difficult to download the parking apps that are recommended. The free street parking worked for shorter stops (2 hrs). We mainly used the Sundial parking downtown. This allowed us to explore restaurants downtown and then either walk or take the Trolley on Central Avenue back. The Trolley on Central Ave could be better promoted by the staff as it makes downtown parking easier - however it only runs every 30 minutes.

Staff were very friendly. We were upgraded at no extra charge. Our room was quiet located at the rear of the property, so not sure about the noise level in other rooms.

Facility is on a busy street lined with car dealers and car repair shops. Not suitable for walking. The only place to eat is a Denny's across the street.

Loved the Flat. It is close to the main road. Flat was clean, has AC,washmashine, dishwasher, basically all you need. Bed was comfortable and clean.

We were on ground floor, so everyone from outside could see in. (To owners: I reccomend to put some foil on the windows, so it is not see through during the day, alteast.) We had to have our blindfolds down all the time. You can hear everything from the flat above. I would take the flat in first floor next time.
