We recently stayed at Next Level Premium Hotels in Lisbon for three days and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. Each morning, We enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, situated close to many key attractions and convenient public transport options. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and We would highly recommend Next Level Premium Hotels to anyone visiting Lisbon.

We have stayed in the full furnished apartment, that had perfectly fitted on our trip. Hospitable hosts Conceição and Albertino were very kind and polite. I can recommend that apartment to stay in your trip to Madeira.

The apartment location is top notch! Well connected with trams, plenty of restaurants available nearby, and grocery store just down the street. Love the detail and decor in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped

The tram passing by is a bit noisy in the rooms even though the windows were closed. But that also means that you are right on the tram route (not too bad to really complain about it)

We have stayed in many places, but Crista is the best hostess, the most comprehensive introduction to the accommodation. so responsive and helpful. Lovely kitchen for our use and patio where we could sit out.

Perfect location, friendly and welcoming staff and lovely breakfast. The staff went the extra mile by providing a birthday gift 🎁 in the room which was much appreciated 🌟

The note about the sustainable materials used on the bathroom was helpful to understand why there was discolouration on floor and walls. However, the aesthetics of this were still not preferable and I wonder if there is a sustainable paint cover up that could be used to hide these marks
