The room offered more than I expected. It's a small appartment instead of just a room, with kitchen and a washing machine for clothes. There's a small balcony and the room itself is pretty big for japanese standards. The nearest metro/JR station is around 15 minutes walking which can be hard if you have a lot of luggage, so think if you need a taxi for this when you arrive or leave. If you have no luggage, it's perfectly doable and the hotel can be considerate central. There are staff until 10PM and they are very welcoming.

The hotel's location is ideal for those planning to visit other cities, such as Nara and Osaka, as it is conveniently situated near Kyoto Station. The staff members are proficient in English, which made communication easy and efficient. The hotel itself is modern, and we found our room to be a reasonable size, contrary to some reviews that mentioned the rooms being small. One convenient feature is the ability to check the laundry status directly from the TV in your room.

Upon entering the room, we noticed that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. Dust was visible near the bed and in various other areas of the room. We displayed the "Please Clean Room" sign, hoping that the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement in the cleanliness of the room after housekeeping had visited. While the overall condition of the room was not unbearable, it did not meet the standards we anticipated from a hotel of this caliber.

Positive section of review
I loved the location - just 8 minutes walk from main Akihabara station or main street with all shops. However, the street itself is not busy, so it was nice to wander around in less noisy area. The hotel itself was very good, our room had enough space for 2 people and luggage. Plus for laundry room with many washing machines - there was no problem in doing laundry and guests did not have to queue. The breakfast and dining area is very good.

Nothing really negative, but after 3 days of same meal for a breakfast I started to wish for some diversity. However, the breakfast itself was fantastic.

Koenji is a very nice neighborhood and at koenji station you have many train to go to the center. the room is small but it's still confortable and cheap for the location. There's no common space but a kettle (with coffee-tea) and a microwave are on the first floor

Hotel graphy is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to a station and Ueno Parc. If you're more into videogames it's also an easy access for Akihabara ! I was in a dorm for 4 and it was spacious and very confortable ! Common space are great too :)

Rooms and spacious, clean and fairly quite well located. Staff, only one spoke good English, the others barely understood, but we could use sign language.

Very limited amenities, no shower cap or cleansing lotion at public bath. Beds are quite hard, pillows too.
