Positive section of review
The Casa was very clean and well equipped in a convenient location. Everything you need (except personal toiletries) is available in the house. 2-3 min walk from the bus stops. You can reach the center after 50-55 minutes with buses 913 and 990. Claudio and his wife were helpful in every way. Thank you for everything, we enjoyed our stay at Casa di Rosita. Addio :)

The reception with Giuseppe was incredible. He is super gentle and he waited for us at the airport, explained everything we need to know about the city and the property and gave us a lot of tips of where to go during our stay

It’s a little far from the city center. You have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the metro and bus station

It’s a little far from the Center …but that’s not necessarily bad cause the bus stop is only a few meters away from the hotel !

Very comy beds and a nice welcome from the staff! The location is just next to the metro stop Duomo. From Duomo you can visit all sites in the city by metro.

Location was great, just on the edge of the old town. The apartment is in a lovely old building and meets basic needs.The host was responsive and helpful.

Limited facilities in the apartment, would have benefitted from a coffee machine, wifi was unusable, bed and pillows were extremely hard.

The walls in the hotel are not soundproof at all, so it's not quiet, guests need earplugs to sleep, especially on weekends.

Dusty top shelf with a long hair, kitchen draws opened up under the kitchen bench and only 2 mugs for tea/coffee. Also washing sponges dirty so bought and left new ones. 1 bottle of water between 3 left in fridge nothing else. €350 damage deposit is a bit steep and also €110 final clean charge when we left the apartment cleaner than when we went in.
