The resort facilities are gorgeous. Resort is immaculate and maintained beautifully. The resort manager was lovely and made an effort to speak to us to find out how we are finding everything. Staff is exceptional from front of house to hospitality staff. The lady that checked us in (Eddie) is by far the most gorgeous person ever. We arrived early to the resort due to an early flight and our room wasn’t ready for earlier check in, she arranged for us to enter the buffet for breakfast. She then took My WhatsApp details and throughout our stay continued to check in on us to see if everything was ok. She was my go to person throughout out stay and this was service beyond anything I have ever experienced before. Eddie, you are amazing and I can’t wait to come back to the resort to see you again. Your boss needs to know how wonderful your care is for your customers. You are A+++. Anam Cam Ranh we will be back for sure !!!

The venue is stunning, super clean with a needed calm atmosphere to disconnect but what made everything was the staff : So nice, polite and you feel like super well treated! I loved the schedule of Yoga (4 classes a day) which made me feel having a Yoga retreat in a luxury environment. I was lucky because they upgraded me and turned out that I had my own swimming-pool. The location us amazing, 15 min from the airport and you are there... you never hear nor see the planes... and you arrive in a secluded cove with beautiful little bungalows everywhere... the rooms are large and all have an outdoor area... the food is fantastic and you have 2 restaurants each with their own flavors and sea view. Also 2 magnificent pools. The staff is so friendly from the gardeners to the reception. We come and come again and love it more every time. ENJOY

It features an infinity pool, full spa facilities and fine dining. The property offers complimentary two-way boat transfers for guests check in at 14:00 and check out at 12:00. We spent 4 days on this gorgeous peninsula resort just north of Nha Trang. We had a beach house which which we shared with our son and his girlfriend. The beach house was beautiful, with its own pool. The bedrooms and main en-suite were spectacular with an outside shower (which I love). The outside has sun beds and an outside cabana facing straight into the beach. The rooms were fully serviced every day. The restaurant provided a good selection of Vietnamese and western dishes and the beach bar, a good selection of delicious cocktails, wines and beers. We were taken to the ‘fish farm’ in the bay where we selected fresh oysters, crabs and lobsters. They were delicious but without doubt the oysters were the stars of the show and easily the nicest we have ever eaten. Thanks to the restaurant manager and chef for accompanying us there. But of course we cannot fail to mention the beautiful Vietnamese staff, so caring , polite, humble and friendly. Too many to pick out individually, they were all fantastic. Special thanks of course to Jayce Dat, our butler who just made everything so special for us and attended to our every need. Thank you so much, we will definitely return

Spacious villas showcase elegant touches of traditional Vietnamese culture and are fitted with classic wooden furnishings. All villas feature a plunge pool, private garden and a balcony overlooking the sea. Each offers free Wi-Fi, 46-inch LCD TV and luxury bathroom amenities such as sea salts and candles. The spa was outstanding. Getting massage next to the sea while hearing the waves rolling in just next to you - too good! The massage therapists were great - when one of us had a headache one day, they immediately picked up on it and offered a specialized massage. The other staff of the spa were also top-notch and made sure me and my partner could use one of the sauna/jacuzzi facilities by ourselves. The spa gets a clear 10/10. Pool and beach are very nice and relaxing areas. As for the gym, the equipment was okay; staff great; location and view fantastic. The room we stayed did not feel brand new, but everything was in good shape. Comfortable bed and seating. Decent desk for doing some work. Good shower. There was some miscommunication (our fault) when we ordered room service one time, but the staff very gracefully let us get away with our mistake of ordering four pastas instead of one. :) Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good selection. We tended to eat the western dishes, but there were also Vietnamese/Korean-style. It was very pleasant to have breakfast outdoors next to the pool. We had also asked the hotel to organise our transfer to the airport, and this was handled very smoothly without feeling too expensive. Normally this would have been a major headache for me, but now we were able to relax completely during our last day. Since we had to check-out before breakfast due to an early flight, the hotel also had prepared a good take-away breakfast for us. Although the hotel is on the expensive side, I went away thinking it was definitely worth it. The staff treated us beyond well, and we enjoyed three extremely relaxing days.

The apartment features a rooftop pool, spa facilities and a shared kitchen. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Spacious unit with a cityview balcony (but slight view of Nha Trang beach). Noise from the street does come up and noise from the 40th floor bar does shake the unit at night, but this likely applies to any unit at the Panorama and not just this unit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at the heart of Nha Trang close (walking distance) to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
