Situated amongst 32 oceanfront acres on the Kohala Coast, the Fairmont Orchid is a spectacular resort offering luxurious accommodation and extensive resort facilities to the discerning traveler. Amazing location! Perfect for family with kids. We were upgraded to a partial ocean view room with direct access to the garden, and the kids loved being able to go easy outside and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The nice sandy beach was great for the kids and the lagoon was spectacular, full of beautiful fishes! Staff were friendly and very helpful. I requested a mini fridge in the room and they also provided me with a microwave once I arrived. That was very helpful as we were travelling young kids. They also have laundry available. Oh and the food and drinks..so good!! Highly recommend we will be back.

Positioned on the Big Island of Hawaii's Kohala Coast, minutes from Hapuna Beach Park, the Paniolo Greens Resort offers fully furnished villas, an outdoor pool with a children's wading area, and a... The 2 bedroom accommodation had everything that we needed and more. Quiet and clean. Pool towels were already in the room instead of hunting them down in other locations. Views were gorgeous. Lots of local birds roaming around. Quick drive to supermarket and shopping village. Was about a 50 minute drive into Kona for our night dive.

The suite was super spacious and we had access to every facility and amenity we could want (much more than we had time for). We appreciated having a lot of space, great cleanliness, and a fully equipped kitchen even though we didn't plan to cook, and having pool towels was useful, as well as access to snorkel rentals. The staff was kind and helpful. Abundant parking. It felt very safe and easy to get around and into our suite. Overall excellent experience and value for money.
