We loved everything! The service, the staff were exceptional, the services found there such as the spa.l, gym, shopping avenue and bars and buffet were all clean, and good quality. Constant entertainment and a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner.

A lot of sunbeds and shadow on the beach. Very good clean beach. Food in restaurant is very good and service was always fast. On Hallowen night dessert selection was amazing. Internet was always very fast everywhere. Evening shows are quite good. Foam and color party on the beach was really cool.

I must acknowledge that the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff ensured that the premises were well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The hotel staff to was extremely supportive and responsive. The facilities were also impressive. From well-equipped fitness centers to recreational areas, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to various interests. Additionally, the availability of daily activities provided ample opportunities for guests to engage and make the most of their stay. One aspect that I cannot overlook is the food. The gastronomical experience at buffet surpassed my expectations. The diverse and delicious menu offerings were truly a delight to the taste buds.

Ela excellence was just an amazing experience, I was afraid to change hotel that I always go their, but I found that it is the right decision to change because it is 100% better in everything food, rooms, staff.., when I arrived I was surprised that I have two assistants Sude and Metin to assist my vacation days and nights, everyday they send me on whatsapp the scedule of the day to not miss any detail in the hotel which is a very important thing. If I need anything in the hotel I just send message to Sude or Metin, the service will be done in less than 5 minutes😁, they were very helpful and kind persons. I realy love this hotel and I recomand it with all my forces. Thank you ELA EXCELLENCE, thank you Sude, thank you Metin for all your kindness. I will never forget this experiece and I am sure to visit it again.

The facilities stood out with a variety of daily activities led by a proactive activation team. In the evening, the entertainment was consistent and of high quality. The food offerings were both fresh and diverse, ensuring we had a range of options every meal. The beach adjacent to the resort was not only clean and safe for swimming but also provided excellent opportunities for beach walks, especially during sunset. What truly set our experience apart was the staff. Their approachability, readiness to assist, and professionalism made our stay comfortable. Specific mentions: * Evren, the Restaurant Manager, was consistently helpful. * Galina conducted top-notch yoga sessions. * Pelin from Guest Relations and Veysel from Reception addressed issues quickly and efficiently. * Aleyna at the bar was always pleasant and attentive. * Omer from the Antique Bar showcased a positive and can-do attitude. * Raziye at the Pool restaurant was consistently kind and friendly. * Sinan from the Terrace restaurant delivered commendable service. In short, our time at the Pine Beach Resort was marked by quality facilities and an excellent team. We’re looking forward to our next stay.

The swimming pools, kids club, the small water park, all were super well maintained and clean. We loved the choice of drinks, cocktails etc. The food buffet was different everyday and always someone we could grab a bite. It is a golf resort, but we were there for a family holiday with another family, so quite nice that it is less busy in the days and the bars are really buzzing in the evenings, good fun ! Absolutely enjoyed the stay!

The coffee shop cafe with drinks and snacks daily was nice as well. The zoo is a nice addition to the resort. The baggage wrap was a very cool initiative from the hotel. Thanks to custome relations (i think maria) for helping me book a round of golf.

We had to ask for a different room, although there was no problem switching the room but at the time we were switching rooms there was a painter painting inside our new room with a working AC. .
