Eine sehr saubere, gepflegte und weitläufige Hotelanlage. Uns war vor dem Aufenthalt nicht bewusst, dass man als Gast des Palace Hotels die Infrastruktur der anderen Hotels nutzen kann, was die Möglichkeiten enorm erweitert. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Resorts ist Port Ghalib nicht "isoliert", sondern fühlt sich schon beinahe wie ein kleines Dorf an. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Nähe zum Flughafen Marsa Alam. Dabei ist Fluglärm aber überhaupt kein Thema. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und lässt keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist absolut top, ein Aufenthalt ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Large number of sunbeds. Several pools, 2 comfortably heated in winter. Nubian style rooms, nicely decorated. Very good food, well organized service, attentive waiters. All orher staff perfect, ready to help, smiling, greeting. 2 coral molo's. Great public accessible beach 1 km north of the hotel with amazing corals and tranquil water.

I stayed at this hotel on my last night in Egypt before going to airport. I wanted to having a relaxing day at the hotel and I couldn't have chosen better! :) As a solo female traveller for the first time in Egypt, it felt great that the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great vibe for an all inclusive resort! Full of gardens with flowers and birds, walking around is a paradise! I have arrived to the hotel earlier and they did me a free room upgrade and let me check in immediatly! Also I has my flight was 9pm, it was great the hotel had the option for late check out! The beach was a 5min walk from the room, white sandy, very comfortable chairs and what a reef! I have booked this one due to the comments about its reef, and it is true! It is unbelievably beautiful! They have some hotel restaurant there and a diving centre. Also some activities take place throughout the day! The room was great, with a lovely balcony with see view, mattress was very comfy (and the hotel has a possibility to change the mattress if you are not happy with yours!) I really enjoyed the quiet pace, the kindness of the staff, and that they don't have people bothering you to sell stuff too often (tours, spa, etc). Also the hotel has a lot of sustainable measures in place, almost no plastic and strong policies to preserve their reef! Unfortunately, I only stayed 1 day, but I want to come back! It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun! It does indeed feel like a home far from home!

Many thanks for the Hossam he is a very professional one who is trying to make the guest satisfied as much as he could, he made the honeymooners package amazing for us. The food wad very tasty and the portions were delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone who would like to have a good time and relaxation

The location - the bay - the snorkeling. The reception. The chief from the main restaurants (Hedyan - Tolba) The restaurant manager (Mr. Mohamed) All the staff. The beach and the pool. Highly recommend Aswan Mule Cocktail. Sameh, Ramadan, Ali, Karim, Osha, Amr, and Ahmed from the Anchor bar. Life guards and Mr. Mahmoud.
