She is perfectly named and the hotel should treasure her.

Set in a restored private mansion, East Indies Mansion is located in the heart of UNESCO World Heritage Site of George Town. If there was breakfast, we were unaware of it. But the staff treated us to afternoon tea and looked after us very well. We had a couple of emergencies to do with a lost phone and computer problems, and they jumped to attention and solved the problems immediately, superb service.

Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage city of Georgetown, Coffee Atelier is a collection of 5 beautifully-restored shophouses dating back to 1927. This hotel is the absolute best. We received the warmest welcome, and the room and patio were the most beautiful setting to discover Penang and it’s history. The location was the best we could’ve asked for and we slept like babies in the comfy bed. The breakfast was also really good and the service excellent in every way.
