Situated in Keflavík, 20 km from Blue Lagoon, Courtyard by Marriott Reykjavik Keflavik Airport features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Everything!!! I am travelling a lot, but never had such a warm welcome as here. Landed on Iceland very early, and I got a room very quick, although the hotel was fully booked. Very friendly staff, modern new rooms.

The breakfast was excellent and started early enough for us to grab a bite to eat before an early morning flight. The staff were lovely too! One of the receptionists even googled how to make a Hot Toddy for me because the bar tender was out.
