The receptionist I had a few Qs didn't speak English much, more like saying 'yes' or 'no'. A beach was literally in 3" walk. The water in the lake was super-good.

Staff is super helpful and kind. We had an issue with our car, woman at the reception called service and help to sort it out. We’re very grateful to her for help, professionalism and quick reaction. Spa center is great. Heviz lake is 5-7 minutes walking.

Breakfast buffet offers various food and dinner is a la carte, with starters and soups. We had a feeling that we are having dinner at Michelin star restaurant.
