Nestled in the picturesque Scottish Highlands, Fonab Castle, refurbished and opened in 2013, boasts luxurious rooms, scenic views, mature gardens, free WiFi, free parking, and 2 restaurants. Breakfast and also dinner were absolutely great, the food very tasty, the wine very good and the staff also was very attentive and nice. We had a great time and we will surely recommend this location to everyone.

Situated in Dunkeld, Tay House is a self catering establishment with views of the River Tay. Tay House has a terrace at the back of the building with river views. Very warm welcome, friendly staff. Great parking right across the street. Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the self-service breakfast was the perfect option for me. I already recommended Tay House to some friends. Thank you!

Established in 1924, The Gleneagles Hotel is a prestigious resort in the heart of Scotland. Set within 850 acres, it offers 3 championship golf courses and an ESPA spa, along with a falconry school. Breakfast is just amazing ,room is old fashion but with all the modern accommodations (the bathroom and certainly the shower is fantastic) and food is still with a Scottish accent (we didn’t try their best restaurant) …not to compère with Italian food

The Merryburn - Rooms and Courtyard Studios is a few minutes' walk from Dunkeld and Birnam Railway Station at the gateway to the Highlands and is a listed Victorian building. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Studio apartment was perfect for us, with separate entrance, especially as we had our little dog join us. Will definitely come back!

Situated in 1.5 acres of elevated grounds, 'Knockendarroch Hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Pitlochry town centre. The service was exceptional, we were upgraded on arrival to a room with a balcony. The food was great and plenty of parking spaces. The rooms were a good size and comfortable.

We enjoyed the food and stay at this small inn, and walked one afternoon along the river bank to the next town as well as visited (the outside at least - as it was closed until 2 PM) the nearby Menzies Castle.

It was easy to get to and away from the crush of people in busy Pitlochry. There was a very evident personal touch from the staff, who were friendly and made sure we were very comfortable. Breakfast was good (great coffee!) and hot. The house itself was nicely appointed and comfortable - didn’t leave one feeling like you shouldn’t touch anything because it is precious.
