The food was extraordinary, we had dinner and breakfast there and both were delicious. Highly recommend. I would definitely visit this hotel again as I really enjoyed my time. It was in a fantastic location, the next day we woke up with ponies in front of the hotel, near our cars. That was exactly what I wanted.

Mooi ingericht appartement, 1 van de 4 in de hele cottage. Bijzondere maar op zichzelf prima functionele lay out, en in ons geval omheinde tuin. Ideaal voor de hond. Locatie is aan drukke doorgaande weg, maar daar heb je in de cottage en tuin eigenlijk geen last van. Het ligt pal tegenover groot wandel/natuurgebied met loslopende New Forest paarden/koeien en evenzo vlakbij plaatsje Lyndhurst met veel horeca oa uitstekend Italiaans restaurant op slechts 200m afstand.

The greeting was so kind and warm right as I arrived to the White Rabbit. The young man at the front desk was so welcoming, and offered to check me into my room even though I arrived a few hours early. I enjoyed a few meals at the restaurant downstairs. They are so considerate of food allergies. The sauvigon blanc and toastie was delish. The nearby park off Southampton and Beaulieu just off the main town drag was one of the most beautiful views and horses are everywhere. I also saw cows in the distance. It's a very picturesque place. If you want to go to any neighboring towns, I highly recommend getting a car bc even though Brockenhurst and other towns are a few short miles away, it's not walkable, and Ubers don't frequent that area much. Overall, an excellent stay!!!

Te veel om op te noemen hoor. Veel beter dan dit ga je niet vinden. Zeer mooi hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zeer grote propere kamers. 2 zeer goede restaurants in dit hotel. Ontbijt fantastisch.. Alles wat je wil kan je krijgen.. De omgeving van het hotel is ook fantastisch, het ligt in één van de laatste oerbossen. Met grote Seqoia bomen op en rond het terrein van het hotel. Wandelen in de buurt is dan ook een feest.. Kortom, niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken...

We chose the most amazing apartment for the week, instead of going for a typical hotel room. We stayed in the “Salisbury” for a week, with over 900 sq. ft, interesting architectural details (windows, ceilings, doors, fireplaces), and this particular apt. was spread out over different levels. The mattress, sheets, and pillows were soft and comfy! The historic mansion was elegant and well kept, with lots of nooks and crannies, amenities, and beautiful grounds. Directly in New Forest, the location was ideal. The manager Steve was great, informative and helpful, as was Rose with the Timeshare apts. We didn’t want to leave so extended our stay in another great apt. since the Salisbury was booked. The “Rochester” is also large but on one level, this with more light in the living room and less in the kitchen. Great views and another amazing apt. The Rhinefield House Apartments is one of the best stays we’ve ever had!
