Comfortable beds ( I read some bad reviews before and couldn’t understand why they were posted), great breakfast, the owners helpful and super friendly, recommended great places and were much more than just “ doing their job”. The views from restaurant and room were stunning. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but learning from the breakfast, I’m sure it’s great. Can’t wait to come back again !!

Hotel je v centru Lucernu, všude je blízko. Hotel má osobitý styl a je výjimečný. I když jsou ponechány staré dveře, byl v hotelu klid a na ticho. Postele jsou pohodlné a i přes málo místa je prostor pro koupelnu dostačující. Byli jsme tu s 9 letým synem a byl nadšený. Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný.

The staff who checked us in were so friendly and helpful, booked dinner at restaurant for us, translated the menu, Our corner room had a superb view of the lake and book landing. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was in an awesome area that looked out over the lake and was gorgeous. The out door seating for the restaurant was great. Surrounded by lovely areas to walk. Again the staff were some of the most helpful and friendly of out trip. It was just yard from the boat dock and Mt Rigi cogwheel train. Great breakfast variety and menu for dinner.

Well, right from the word go at the reception, I knew I found the right place. First and foremost, the great, GREAT Staff who not just guest but accommodated every oddball request - including that for my favorite dessert of Crêpes Suzette :-D !!! The food was superb, the wine awesome and the Aperol Spritz out of this world! My room was phenomenal with a giant bathtub in which I soaked every morning! Overall, an awesome, awesome, otherworldly experience in paradise!
