Women who helped us were very friendly and very helpful. ❤️ Love this place, and I am absolutely sure that I am coming back soon.

Highly recommend who want to stay in wilderswil, just a two minute walk from the train station, bus stop..lovely view all around, the staff and services are just same as they mentioned... they give us packed lunch boxes as we have to leave early in the morning, the hot tub jacuzzi was also cherry on the top... we realy enjoyed ...and breakfast also very nice..lot of variety to eat..
