Set in Flensburg, Seemannsheim Hostel Flensburg is a 1-minute walk from Maritime Museum Flensburg. Boasting luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Super clean and comfortable! Flensburg is a lovely city and this was the best hostel I've ever stayed at. They allowed me to check in after official check-in times, and gave me super clear instructions and everything went smoothly. Windows and walls were thick so I traffic noise or sounds from other rooms did not bother me. Felt safe as a female solo traveler. Stayed at a one person room, it was spacey and beautiful.

SchickSAAL* is well situated in Lübeck, and features a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. What an amazing place. Top quality, top location, great value. Cozy atmosphere. Any kind of facilities and equipment is provided there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Michael and Johnny are really helpful and supportive, far above standard help and support. They really gave me a feeling like it was my home away from home

DOCK INN Warnemünde offers extraordinary accommodation in overseas containers in the harbour of Rostock. The hostel has a sauna and water sports facilities, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Everything was really good. I loved the place.

Centrally located in Rostock, this non-smoking hostel is just 5 minutes’ walk from the banks of the River Warnow. It offers a fully furnished common kitchen and spacious accommodation with free Wi-Fi.... They staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Some of them are Backpackers too. Since we couldn't get to our ferry in time, the hostess even organised a car ride for us. There's a big open kitchen, and everything was clean and goodlooking. I cannot recommend this hostel enough!

Offering a barbecue and sun terrace, Peanuts Hostel & Meer is set in Schwedeneck-Grönwohld in the Schleswig-Holstein Region. Some rooms have views of the sea or garden. Very nice hostel stay, the hostel is nicely remote. It is very clean and cosy. The owner is very friendly and you can see that she loves her work a lot. Around the hostel are nice spots to relax, there were plenty of tables and chairs. The beach is close by (3km, quick drive but also walkable). Bring some food yourself, the kitchen is well equipped. Coffee and tea was provided. There is a basket with some drinks and snacks to buy if you have forgotten some, bring cash. There is no WiFi, but reception is good and there are loads of games, books, puzzles etcetera to entertain yourself.

This hostel is a historic building which is quietly situated in the heart of Rostock’s historic Old Town district. very cosy and cute, it is like we are at home
