Opened in December 2016, No.15 Great Pulteney is situated just a 3-minute stroll from Pulteney Bridge, Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths. The feel of an old house and the interior wasmagnificent artsy and very creative. The location was really good. And the staff of the hotel were super friendly!

Dating back to 1880, this fine Victorian mansion is set 15 minutes’ stroll from the centre of Bath. I loved everything about this property! From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. The bed and room were comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was delicious. There was even an honor food and beverage bar where I could slip down late at night and get a drink and snack, which was much appreciated.

The B&B is ideally located within walking distance of the key sites, yet removed enough from the centre to provide a quiet spot to relax after a day of site seeing. The room was very comfortable, clean & beautifully decorated. However, what makes Chestnuts exceptional is the delightful host, Toni, & thoughtful touches such as the homemade sweet treats left in the room each day. It was lovely to have a small piece of cake with a cup of tea. It was also nice that there was fresh milk in the fridge. The breakfasts were extraordinary & among the best I have ever had at a hotel or B&B. I was surprised by the choice on the menu, allowing for something different each morning (e.g. delicious full English, eggs Royal with smoked salmon, eggs Florentine). Toni was easy to communicate with, prompt in responding to queries in advance of arrival & a wonderful host. It was a fantastic experience & we very much look forward to a future opportunity to stay at Chestnuts B&B again.

Das Grays Boutique, ein familiengeführtes Bed & Breakfast, ist in einer einladenden, viktorianischen Villa mit einem Garten untergebracht und bietet Aussicht die historische Altstadt von Bath. Das war schon Luxusklasse. Alles perfekt. Besonders hat uns das tolle Frühstück gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Hier würden wir gerne wieder nächtigen.

Great friendly staff. Lovely room with ensuite. Restaurant food was lovely. Highly recommend this one.
