Style, atmosphere, very comfortable and spacious rooms, every day free bottled water in the room, good breakfast, amazing location - close to all attractions, easily accessible by Uber, and above all so friendly and helpful staff! People were really amazing! Especially, we are thrilled with Nuria from Travel desk who really is so pleasant and kind, assisted with booking restaurants, transport from and to airport, gave us tips and advices for tours and how to navigate some locations! As well as the guy at the reception the afternoon we arrived, on Friday 29th, not sure of the name but gave us all the info, was willing to meet our room change requirement, had great sales speech recommending room service menu etc etc

The staff were all great. Michele on reception was especially informative about Cape Town and the waiter on breakfast (sorry can't remember his name) was hilarious with his dry sense of humour. Breakfasts were very tasty. Lovely spacious room with individual decor - a true boutique hotel.

This property has everything what you may need, is very clean, rooms are beautiful and staff is very friendly. Also the view from the terrace is spectacular and the breakfest is delecious and plenty. There is an African Restaurant just a few steps from the B&B when you can have an amazing dinner with some live African music.
