Amazing view from the room with an elaborate range of lighting options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. An affordable refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. The surrounding streets had great food options, although expensive -Bao Wow bao restaurant highly recommended. We really enjoyed and appreciated our stay here. Highly recommend, both for the location and the hotel quality.

We spent 2 nights in Five Star Westlake hotel in Hanoi and we were blown away by the level of service provided by the team there. Starting from easy and fast check-in process through to the great breakfast, it was an amazing experience. Rooms were super comfortable with everything you may need in your trip (stove, microwave, washing machine, cutlery, tableware etc.). They even have a filter installed for making tap water drinkable. Bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress. Breakfast was so lovely and diverse, including different local fruits, eggs of you’d choice, pho Bo, multiple bites. All the facilities were clean and well maintained. The last but not the least, staff of this hotels is a true asset. They all can speak decent English and ready to help you with various arrangements. They arranged a great shuttle for us to go to Quảng Phú Cầu, negotiates a good price and made sure we are comfortable and safe! Thank you so much, team! Keep up doing a great job!

One of the standout features of Mansion 88 is its prime location overlooking the West, with rooms equipped with balconies that offer stunning views of the surrounding garden filled with fresh greenery. It feels like being in a tranquil garden oasis. The best part of my stay was enjoying the panoramic view from the balcony, witnessing the vast blue waves of water in the distance, which brought a sense of pure tranquility and fresh air. Finding a hotel with such a perfect location in the heart of Hanoi is rare indeed. The service at Mansion 88 is top-notch, meeting 5-star standards. The staff are highly professional, enthusiastic, and attentive, ensuring a memorable experience. The menu offers a rich selection of European and local dishes, and breakfast was particularly delicious.
