There are always staff available to help even late into the night. The bed was super comfortable, the AC and wifi worked perfectly. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We used the airport transfer both ways and it was so convenient and affordable.

Cosy inn was a great place to stay in Hanoi for first-time Vietnam travelers. We were greeted on the street by the receptionist who was able to get us an airport shuttle and then showed us the way to the hotel. It is right on beer street, so there is easy access to the nightlife and hoan kiem area. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The rooms are very upscale looking and have a great A/C system and rainfall shower.
