Always friendly, helpful, professional with a delightful sense of humour. They genuinely wanted you to enjoy your time with them. The hotel itself is glorious, elegant and timeless.

Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.
