Best sleep we have had in 2 months of travelling south east asia. Super comfortable, clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My stay near Hanoi's Old Quarter was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location allowed me to easily explore the vibrant streets of the Old Quarter and the serene atmosphere of Van Mieu. The cozy room, attentive staff, and overall experience truly enhanced my exploration of Hanoi's rich cultural heritage.

Mai Hotel asub Hanoi Dong Da linnaosas, 3 km kaugusel Vietnami kaunite kunstide muuseumist, 3 km kaugusel Hanoi kirjanduse templist ja 3,6 km kaugusel Ha Noi raudteejaamast. I am travelling with two friends who are a couple. I told the staff that i'd pay some extra if they prepare their room as seen on the pictures. They did id really well, there were even two glasses of red wine on the bed. My room was the same but without any decoration (I told them that it's not needed as I'm alone). The bathtub/whirlpool is really nice 😊 There are quite a lot of different possibilities for the lightning, and they are "warm" lights (not bad quality, way too bright LED like in many other places). @Staff / Owner: you should put another picture of the bathtub on Booking. When i looked at the pictures before booking the two rooms, I wasn't entirely sure if there really is à whirlpool.

Selles kolmetärnihotellis on toateenindus ja ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt.... The rooms were beautiful and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. However, it was the service that really made this hotel stand out. It was absolute perfection - so warm, friendly, professional and helpful - the staff really went the extra mile for us.

Set in Hanoi, 2.5 km from Vincom Center Nguyen Chi Thanh, Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a terrace. Everything was amazing! We stayed at the property for 3 weeks and it felt just like home. Highly recommended for longer stays.
