I booked the king suite, but it was such a great price I had it in my head it was a king room. Nope. I was absolutely gobsmacked at the size of what is essentially a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Immaculately clean, with a gorgeous, enormous open plan studio for the main sleeping area. I swear it was designed just for me in the style I love. A large fridge freezer, full washer and dryer. It could’ve used a microwave, but really there were plenty of options for dining in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to everyone who walked through the door. I got there before my suite was ready so I was directed to the lounge area on the fifth floor. A lovely, huge common area with an outside area. Honestly, everything was amazing about my stay. I will definitely book here again for a longer period when I come to LA again.

Not only at the front desk but also the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant and the guys operating the valet parking. Thank you for that, it made our stay nicer. Otherwise, the place is nicely decorated. The room was clean and accurately sized with a comfy bed and stylish bathroom. The bathtub is a big plus. The breakfast at the restaurant was also super tasty.
