Lokalita ubytování je super, nachází se jen pár kroků od hlavní nákupní ulice, odkud jezdí většina spojů. Oceňuji také dostupné fitness centrum a bazén. Postele na pokoji byly prostorné a pohodlné. Prostor v okolí recepce je moc hezký.

The room was always clean and they have a magnificent check in process (very fast). The location of the hotel it is wonderful it's near to the main thing to do in Chicago.

The location is perfect! Erin at the front desk is so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Concierge was also very helpful to all 7 of us.

Located on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this historic luxury hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chicago and features renowned on-site restaurants and an indoor pool with elevated... The location was excellent as well as the staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The checking in/out process was fast and very convenient. The door men were always welcoming the guests and standing out in the cold weather with nice smile (special thanks to Will)
