I love everything about this hotel. From the valet staff at the entrance door to the check-in counter. Everyone was very friendly. (Donna helped me the most)! Other staffs were always smiling and asking if we needed any help.

Everything. The whole hotel smelled very nice, it was close to leakycon and had a walking bridge indoors so we didn't get wet in the rain. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

Directly connected to McCormick Place, this Chicago hotel features state-of-the-art technology and connectivity, with over 93,000 square feet of meeting space, on-site dining and a 24-hour fitness... Room was well furnished; pillows were nice and soft; the bed felt similar to my own. I appreciated the darkness of the room for sleeping and the room safe. It was nice to have an ironing board and iron and even better that I didn't have to use it. The Room Service speed was excellent.

Situated in a historic French Beaux-Arts building, this 4-star Chicago Loop hotel features a tapas restaurant and stylish rooms with 50-inch LCD TVs. Easy to get to and easy in and out. If we had more time it’s great location to get too a lot of chicagos attractions.
