The room was great and very clean! Beds super comfy and huge TV. Welcome Treats: fortune cookies and nespresso coffee machine. Plus, the decoration was simple but really modern. In short, I highly recommend the hotel because the staff is great, the rooms are modern and super clean and the location is amazing to explore the magnificent mile and downtown Chicago.

Detta hotell ligger i affärsdistriktet North Loop i centrala Chicago, bara 4 kvarter från shopping, restauranger och underhållning längs Magnificent Mile på Michigan Avenue. We got a room with partial river view on 15th floor, which was almost like a full view. The location was right next to the river. Safe luggage storage after checkout was a big plus as we had our departure flight in the evening and were able to store the luggage at hotel and spend our time sightseeing. The bed was comfy and the WiFi connection was good.

Excellent location, in the heart of the Loop, very nearby to red and blue subway stations, as well as many bus lines. The room itself was spacious and clean, with everyday housekeeping service. Staff was nice, easy to check in and check out plus any other special request. Stable and strong WiFi.
