The room was great and very clean! Beds super comfy and huge TV. Welcome Treats: fortune cookies and nespresso coffee machine. Plus, the decoration was simple but really modern. In short, I highly recommend the hotel because the staff is great, the rooms are modern and super clean and the location is amazing to explore the magnificent mile and downtown Chicago.

Just 4 blocks away from the shopping, dining and entertainment on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this hotel is located in Downtown Chicago’s North Loop business district and offers a restaurant,... We got a room with partial river view on 15th floor, which was almost like a full view. The location was right next to the river. Safe luggage storage after checkout was a big plus as we had our departure flight in the evening and were able to store the luggage at hotel and spend our time sightseeing. The bed was comfy and the WiFi connection was good.

Hyatt takes place in the financial sector and some people are saying that during the night time it's dangerous, however, we were walking all the time around the hotel, the loop and to river north and didn't find any troubles for ourselves :)
