Very good and friendly staff that were very helpful and accommodating. We had especially good service from Can who works in the lobby and he really helped us out throughout the trip. Ali also was very helpful and overall the staff are really great and make a difference to your stay. The hotel also has really nice rooms and is situated in a great location.

The location is perfect - close to all the cafes and cool neighborhood. Apartment was spacious and super clean, the cleaning staff was there every day, providing drinking water every day as well. And the management staff was extremely helpful all the way - even when I needed additional electives cord, they bought it for me and brought it in 10min. I checked in at 3am because of my flight and the staff was there to help with everything smiling and supportive. Very responsive to any requests. I totally recommend this place!

We stayed 4 days and the service was great everyone was friendly and always helped with anything we needed. The room was great, we had a great view it was clean the. The breakfast was great as expected in Istanbul really big though :D, it will get you full and ready for most of the day. The location I would also praise it absolutely, the Taxim metro station was pretty close so that connects you to the other parts of the city, and if you want to visit something close, the Taxim square is a 5-10 mins away and there is a ton of stuff to do there. And the location is really quiet, away from the traffic.
