Loved overall setting, esthetics and details. Breakfast was made from fresh ingredients and more than enough in the amount. Location is perfect, Beyoglu area, European side of Istanbul, 5 mins away from the Taksim street. Special thanks to the hotel staff who were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and assistance.

Especially the courteous attention and helpfulness of the staff are at the forefront. This is very good. The room service was very clean. They provided a transfer service from the airport to the hotel at a very affordable price. The breakfast had a wide variety of menu and it was enjoyable to eat on the terrace floor. The location of the hotel is many places in Taksim. It is very close to the place. Bus stops and metro. It was very quiet around the hotel. This made our sleep quality. I recommend this beautiful hotel to all travelers.

Water heaters are working, all amenities provided for. we booked 5 rooms for a big family of 9, so far everyone provided good feedbacks
