This property is exceptional to be honest, when we have arrived, we were welcomed by the receptionist who speaks English very well and was very kind. We have entered the room and they were very kind to write a warm welcome note with complementary strawberries and nuts which was a very kind gesture. The room was very spacious with quite large bathroom, very clean room and comfortable, the TV attached to the wall was big and has Netflix, which was really enjoyable for us. The breakfast was amazing, variety was good, staff at the restaurant were very accommodating and kind to provide us tea and coffee whenever we ask for it. The property location was near to the exit, which makes easy to tour the Asian side of Istanbul.

Every morning we were able to start the day in the quiet garden with one (or more) cups of coffee or tea, together with sweet and salty snacks. (Free of Charge) The employees were always helpful.
