Fraser Residence Orchard Singapore is set within 1.5 km from the Orchard Road shopping district. It boasts a 24/7 gym, outdoor pools and a kids playground. location is 5 minutes walking to ion orchard mall which is the beginning of the famous orchard shopping street. the orchart mrt exit 12 is right outside. very convenient. we booked a one bedroom deluxe unit but were upgraded to an apartment with a large balcony - it was amazing. AC cools really well. apartment is very nicely appointed with all the amenities needed. lots of storage area. Nespresso machine works well and they refill coffee capsules everyday. i really liked those complementary hot chocolate sachets. tastes very good! there is a separate filtered drinking water tap so yoy never have to worry about buying water bottles. it is a unique addition and highly appreciated. housekeeping is great - makes bed nicely everyday. breakfast was included in our price but we were late waking up everyday - so we didn't attend. gym has sauna and steam room separate for men and women but nobody used it. the swimming pool is massive and the pool area is enjoyable. the property is very modern and well maintained. overall we had a pleasant stay wirh no issues. it is highly recommended.

Staff, location, cleanliness, and equipment - my flight arrived at the airport in the early morning. Because I asked for the early check-in in advance, they kindly accepted. There are restaurants/coffee shops/bars/a supermarket/local food nearby. Thank you for the 10 days stay! Walking along the Singapore river was also a good experience.

The uniquely green building is located in a quiet, luxurious residential area, close to nearly everything. There's even a small grocery store within a 5-minute walk. The in-unit stove and washer/dryer are very convenient. My children loved the pool.

Situated in the centre of Singapore, 1.5 km from Orchard MRT Station and 1.1 km from 313@Somerset, Recharge Studio Apartments & Suites offers free WiFi and air conditioning. we did not stay there after paying in advance because the whole thing was terrible, Booking.com failed us this time.the place sucks. we walked out and want our money back.
