Upon arrival we received a free upgrade to a suite and the room was very large (size of a small apartment!). In terms of value for money it really went over and beyond what we expected especially when we compared other hotel rooms at the same price. The quality of everything was excellent and the staff provided amazing service with us spending 6 nights at the hotel. Location wise it is really well placed with a subway entry right out the front door and a huge market only 200m up the road. Both my wife and myself couldn't fault the hotel at all and would highly recommend it to any considering Seoul - the photos don't do it justice for just how good it is! The roof top bar is well worth a visit as well.

Outstanding hotel with impeccable service in an excellent central location. The staff were perfectly accommodating, and our room on the 22nd floor was serene and had a beautiful city view.

What made it one of the best places I have stayed in at Seoul: ⭐ Close proximity to City Hall Station ⭐ A convenience store just across the street ⭐ A lot of restaurants in the area ⭐ A number of cafes in the area ⭐ Walking distance to Deoksugung Palace/Deoksugung Doldam-gil ⭐ Possible to walk to Myeong-dong (around 20mins depending on how fast you walk) ⭐ Super friendly staffs (the cleaning lady always greeted me with the biggest smile and even updated me on the weather!) ⭐ Spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom, just the right amenities (for mother nature, they don't provide disposable amenities, if you need some, you have to purchase at the front desk. I didn't need any so...) ⭐ Clean bathroom (but the room I had has no bathtub, so if you're someone who absolutely needs one, you need a different room type)
