Easy check-in process. Excellent Location in Shinjuku, very close to MRT, Restaurants and convenience stores. The place was clean and very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Premier Grand. We stayed in the Club room and the access to the top floors was just wonderful. From the food, snacks, spacious room, most friendly staff ever, view, everything was just perfect and we will definitely be back! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

At #1, it would be the location. Excellent. Just 5-min walk away from Yotsuya Station (JC Line, JB Line, Marunouchi Line and Namboku Line). Just 1 stop away from Shinjuku if using JC Line. The rest were pretty good as well - complimentary Netflix, nice bed, good water pressure during shower, pretty complete set of utensils, kitchenware. Easy and straightforward to check in - for someone who is tech savvy.

Spacious and clean. Relaxing Space for the family in the lounge room. Comfortable sleeping provisions for the 7 of us. Nice welcoming touches by the hosts - a note & some refreshing foot patches! Washing machine was useful. Separate toilet to shower room. Highly recommend this property!

The apartment was extremely affordable, and located in a great neighbourhood close (5min) to an underground station and at walking distance (20min) to Shinjuku train station. The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was really kind and friendly, and happy to give advice about what to do the neighbourhood.

We wanted the facility to make our own food at the beginning of the trip, so it was perfect. There is a small kitchen (and washing machine) on the lower floor. The people running the location are very friendly and did a few things that helped us out a lot.
