We appreciated the proximity both to the airport and the Santiago Barnabeu stadium. At the same time, the hotel is only within a 20-minute drive from the city center. The facilities are very nice (unfortunately we had no time to take advantage of the pool), the breakfasts are sumptuous and the beds are very comfy.

One of the best location in Madrid, only 2 steps close to the Metro station. Very near Chamartin Station. Fantastic staff that made sure we didn't have any problem. Everything was just perfect! Chilled lemonade in the lobby in summer hot Madrid is a good idea, and DIY lavender sachet for better sleep is a nice feature. Spacious twin room with a coffee machine and a perfectly working aircon. Comfy beds and pillows. We are greatful to the porter who helped us with our luggage and showed the room. He spoke fluent English and was really hospitable. He added a lot to the exellent impression we got from the hotel. Unfortunately I have forgotten his name but think the management can figure out. Cleanliness.

The location is excellent for a football trip . And getting around the city...the staff are extremely friendly and helpful...that's why we will always be back.

El H10 Tribeca ofrece alojamiento elegante en el distrito financiero de Madrid. Está cerca del estadio Santiago Bernabéu. Las habitaciones del hotel están insonorizadas y presentan un diseño moderno. Todo estuvo excelente, recomiendo desayunar en el hotel ya que la calidad es muy buena.

Very good location for our purposes. We wanted to be near the station for our trip to Sarria the next day. Metro was easy to use to get into Madrid for sightseeing

El Crisol Vía Castellana está en la zona financiera de Chamartín, en el Paseo de la Castellana de Madrid, junto a las emblemáticas torres Kio. Near the train station and bus station. Also walkable to metro station. The rooms are a bit dated but clean enough. Check in was a bit of a problem. We checked in at 12:40pm. Was asked to come back at 2. It was ok cause we left our luggages and went for lunch. Then we came back 2:30 and waited for an hr still for the room to be cleaned. To make up for this, the hotel sent us complimentary pastries and an apology. 🙂
