Once we got to the hotel, we faced the warm welcome of the hotel's receptionist. She was very kind and even upgraded our booked room. The room was quiet and very clean. The hotel is well-connected to the city center by bus or subway.

The room was clean, smelled nice and had everything we needed!! The owner was very nice , kind and when he found out we were going to a soccer game he drove us to the stadium. There are many reasons for which we loved this unit and felt so good during our stay in the magnificent city of Madrid. Firstly, the owners were extremely friendly, honest and discreet and made everything in their power for us to feel welcomed and happy. The fresh pastries delivered in the morning, the beer, water and refreshing beverages in the fridge, the free coffee and kitchen supplies are only a few things that I'd like to mention. We were provided with valuable tips for dining and organize our trip efficiently on our stay in Madrid. The accomodation is brand new, clean, modern and it is very comfortable with a lot of clever solutions to improve the quality of living inside. You will find everything you would need for a short or long stay. Everything! Secondly, the location, which is as safe as it could be, it's ideal. Only a short walk to one of many stations around, both for the bus lines or metro. The airport shuttle service was punctual and well appreciated as well.

The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Metro station is 2 minute walk away. Nicoletta is a very nice woman, always looking to help.

The place is quiet, room is clean, bathroom is clean, the whole place is great. Davo is a great host, helped us with everything we needed, you have 4-5 stops via metro to the center.
