Hotel Castilla Alicante usytuowany jest w mieście Alicante, zaledwie 200 metrów od plaży San Juan. Na miejscu znajduje się odkryty basen. The hotel exceeded all expectations! One thing is that the hotel was absolutely lovely and clean. But what made the stay perfect was without a doubt the wonderful staff. Have never come across such nice, friendly and wonderful hotel staff. we encountered a personal problem at the beginning of our stay, and although this had nothing to do with the hotel, the staff tried to do their very best to help us. Although there was absolutely nothing they needed to do. I feel super safe, and respected by these employees. All in all, I certainly felt taken care of. Always greeted with a smile and I will definitely be back. Very rarely have I experienced such good customer service and this is something I will forever brag about. Sad to have to check out. The hotel was incredibly clean, nice. Very localized to everything you need, and if there is anything you need, the staff are right there and beyond to help you. I have honestly never experienced such good customer service. Really appreciated. It's the little things that really count! Almost feels like I have become part of the hotel's family. Will 10/10 go back, no doubt. Deserves more than 3 stars. They made our Alicante experience absolutely perfect.

Hotel Alicante Golf is set in beautiful gardens, with an 18-hole golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros. It features a spa and wellness centre as well as an outdoor pool. Very friendly and super helpful Spanish/English speaking staff, nice location, free parking, good free wifi for multiple devices, good food and drinks in the hotel.
